We recommend booking as early as possible since wedding dates fill up quickly, especially during peak season. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your date.

2. What is the difference between the Gala Studio & Gala Lite?

The Gala Studio is our flagship DSLR photo booth, delivering professional grade image and print quality. The Gala Lite is our iPad booth offering a fun and polished experience at a more accessible price point. Both include the same core features but differ in camera and print quality.

3. What is idle time and do I need it?

Idle time allows the booth to be on-site but paused during a portion of your event, such as dinner or speeches, without using your active coverage hours. It's a great option if you want the booth present for a longer event without paying for full active coverage the entire time.

4. Can I customize the photo template to match my wedding theme?

Absolutely! Every package includes a fully custom photo template and booth interface designed specifically for your wedding. We work with you ahead of time to make sure everything matches your vision.

The Gala Studio typically requires a space of approximately 10x10 feet to accommodate the booth, backdrop, and prop table comfortably. We recommend confirming space availability with your venue ahead of time.

6. Do you travel to wedding venues outside your local area?

Yes! We are available for events outside our local area. Travel fees may apply depending on the location. Reach out to us with your venue details and we'll provide a custom quote.

7. When do guests receive their digital photos?

Guests can receive their digital images instantly via text or email directly from the booth during the event. A full digital gallery of all images is also delivered to the couple following the event

8. Are you insured?

Yes! We are fully insured and carry general liability insurance. Many venues require proof of insurance from vendors prior to the event, and we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request. Just let us know ahead of time so we can have it ready for your venue.
